At Pride Vodka, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for both our merchandise and alcohol products.

1. General Policy

All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags (where applicable).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

2. Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe

  • Non-alcoholic merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition of Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

Process

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.

  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for return shipping.

  • Include the RMA number and a copy of your proof of purchase with your return.

3. Alcohol Product Returns

Due to legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns of alcohol products unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

3.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective alcohol product, contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Provide clear photos of the damage and the product's batch number.

We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

3.2 Unopened Alcohol Products

In exceptional circumstances, we may accept returns of unopened, sealed alcohol products within 14 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee.

The decision to accept such returns is at our sole discretion and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing

For approved returns of non-alcoholic merchandise, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

For damaged or defective alcohol products, replacements will be shipped within 3-5 business days after approval of the return.

5. Exceptions

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts may have limited return eligibility.

6. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if:

  • The return is made outside the specified timeframe.

  • The item shows signs of use, wear, or alteration.

  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive return activity.

7. California-Specific Provision

For California residents, in accordance with state law, you have the right to cancel purchases and obtain a full refund on unopened alcoholic beverage products within 3 days of receipt, provided the container seal has not been broken.
